Below is information about COA payment. Payments go to Lauren Tischer. Attached is also the form that they are supposed to fill out when they turn in their paperwork. These are already printed out and are the first sheet of the Adult Officials Packet, in the tower next to Liz.
If they want a receipt for their check payment, please use the POS system and click, the circled button. This is a non-monetary receipt no money should be put into ActiveNet. When the Notes pop up just put their name and how much they paid in there. After that click complete transaction and it will be done.
If they want to pay with card, they need to scan the QR code on the page that is attached to this email.
2026 Registration and Payment Process :
If you are an official for 2026, please submit your COA dues and COA form. The annual dues are $15 if paying via check or $16 if paying online with a card ($15 annual dues + $1 processing fee). Checks should be made out to Columbus Recreation and Parks Foundation. Card payments can be completed using this link: Columbus Officials Association (COA) Member Fee Payment Form. Cash will not be accepted this year as a payment method. Attached is the COA form, please sign and return to the CRPD Sports Office.
