This study from Columbus Water and Power is under their blueprint program to address sediment reduction. They are evaluating Whetstone (Adena Brook) and Kenny (Bill Moose Run, between High St and Olentangy) for a year-long monitoring program to identify banks that need restoration. They will be sampling locations within Whetstone and Kenney Nature Preserve. If the areas are deemed necessary for restoration, then construction would begin in 2027, but more coordination and planning would happen if it came to this.
