If someone calls wanting to know where a transaction on their credit card originated, that would be a public records request and should go to the Community Relations Chief, Dominique Shanks.
Example: Someone's credit card was stolen and a CRPD transaction was made with the card. The person with the stolen card wants to know whose account is associated with the charge so that they can provide that information to the police or credit card company.
