REFUND POLICY/REQUESTS
Requests must be submitted by May 11, 2026 using this online form: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/95509e5dff6146669cb0a619aa393a61
*Exceptions only for extenuating medical circumstances.
$15 Processing fee for each refund request processed.
Refunds are sent via original payment method.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Campers must meet age requirements prior to first day of camp.
PAYMENT PLANS
All Camp Fees must be paid in full prior to first day of camp. Participants are only guaranteed camp enrollments for sessions that have been paid in full. Any remaining camp session enrollments with outstanding balances will be automatically un-enrolled. No exceptions.
- Payment plans are set up in Activenet during the registration process.
- Payment plan fees are automatically charged beginning on the 1st Friday in April and charged weekly every Friday until the balance on the account is paid in full.
- Missed payments must be paid immediately in Activenet or in person.
- Missed payments may result in the cancellation of payment plan arrangements and disenrollment from unpaid camp sessions.

PLAY SCHOLARSHIP (TAKING PLACE OF FINANCIAL AID)
The process is different from the past few years, unfortunately we are limited on the assistance we have available for camp. For 2026 if a participant qualifies, they will receive a one-time use discount per child eligible.To apply, select ‘Request PLAY’ during registration.Within 24 hours of clicking the Request PLAY button, they will receive an email from ePACT to upload the documents required.If a participant qualifies, they will receive $150 per child to use during the summer. They will be notified via email when they are approved or denied.
*The discount should be in place prior to credit card payment deductions.
*Participants are informed via email once the discount has been applied.
WAITLIST
- Waiting list campers will be sent emails starting on May 15th if they are able to enroll.
- Due to high demand, there will only be a 24 hour response time to enrollment from the waiting list.
- No charge or additional fees to be on the waiting list.
- If child is enrolled from the waitlist, they will need to make the payment in full for the camp.
